Provide all leadership support, guidance and tools to the clients IMO (integration management office).

  • Knowledge transition from the M&A due diligence efforts to the IMO.

  • Establish integration guiding principles and value driver objectives based on the deal model thesis.

  • Create the overall integration governance model with all key stakeholders, including "2 in a box".

  • Develop the detailed integration activity plans including work dependencies, risk and issues mitigations for each workstream.

  • Develop an overall cost and revenue opportunity synergy management plan.

  • Execute the integration plans and provide progress details through dashboards, reports and regular read outs with the governance teams (i.e. SteerCo and Board Committees).

  • At conclusion of the integration, present a complete lessons learned and executive summary report.

  • Support the development of all the necessary working session data and business information required.

  • Provide all leadership support and facilitation for each “walk the wall” planning session.

  • Document issues and risk implementation challenges and applicable mitigation efforts.

  • Provide executive summary and full roadmap.

  • Understand all aspects of the customer's experience with the organization through a detailed analysis utilizing journey mapping.

  • Obtain senior level investments commitment by demonstrating customer loyalty ROI.

  • Implement KPI's, dashboards and reports that drive awareness, change management and applicable operational changes.

  • Provide a communications roadmap and program that ensures organizational learning, behavioral changes and rewards and incentives that are aligned to clear financial metrics.

  • Implement full activity tracking, reporting and management dashboards.

Assist senior leaders in improving their professional and business acumen by fine tuning their skills in collaboration, messaging and how results are achieved..

  • Establish trust that creates the environment necessary for candid discussions to explore feedback the senior leader has received.

  • Understand and explore what significant professional successes the leader has had throughout their career and dive into what are the key strengths and development opportunities.

  • Utilize relevant data and information such as company culture, norms and expectations along with the leader’s own 360 feedback and personality assessments, to develop a customized coaching plan.
